Diffusing Capacity (DLCO):
To evaluate how efficiently your lungs transfer oxygen from the air sacs directly into your bloodstream.
Plethysmography (Lung Volumes):
To calculate the total amount of air your lungs can hold, which will accurately assess for structural restriction or air trapping.
Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide (feNO):
A simple breathing test that measures airway inflammation, helping to guide and optimise asthma management.
6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT):
A functional assessment that monitors your oxygen levels and heart rate during walking to objectively measure response to exercise.
